McAfee vs. Microsoft

Is McAfee virus protection and firewall better than Microsofts virus protection and firewall which is offered free ? I have McAfee by the way and what I don't understand is if it is offered free by Microsoft then why should I pay for it ?

The Mircrosoft one is pretty "flimsy" I don't know why they made it like that, but anyway I would suggest getting the free ZoneAlarm firewall.

the Microsoft firewall isnt a true firewall anyways and I suggest Zonealarm. I dont really like McAfee AV or firewall, ive always seen other software is better.

I am getting pretty sick of your pointless posts just so you can sell your "overpriced" gaming rig here. Only make posts if you have something worthwhile to say.

EDIT: Also weemanpow, your motherboard is not an Alienware motherboard... It's most likely either an Asus or Abit. And I highly doubt it's an Alienware PSU, it's probably a name brand (or off-brand) PSU with "Alienware" slapped on the side. Also, do you have 7900GT's or GTX's?
For someone who has such a nice rig... you dont know much about it
