I don't know. U can't burn it with Nero 6 pro. Only 1 solution that I know of... Get IsoBuster and extract the files. Then burn the extracted files instead. Make sure you extract the ones with many arrows. Cuz if you don't u will extract them with MSDOS 8 characters names, which the setup.exe might not recognize.

(Oh and why IsoBuster? Why not say WinISO? Cuz IsoBuster can handle files over 1Gig, while WinISO can't ).

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ya! they are created using Alcohol which of course you can use to burn the images.

That would be bad. MDS/MDF is designed to store specific types of information: extraction will not extract that information
