Media Card Reader

I kind of need a Media Card Reader, so I was thinking about picking this up at Bestbuy (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dynex&#...&skuId=8328464&st=Media Card Reader&cp=1&lp=2) I was wondering if I should get a external one, or if I should install one? And if it is better to install one how hard is it to do? I mainly want it so I can take the card out of my Camera and insert it in my machine, but maybe I could just go buy a new cable. Also, what is that cable called that I need to connect a camera to a usb.

Well, they hook up pretty easily if your going to get an internal one. Usually, its connected through the USB header pins which are plugged into your motherboard, just like the ones for the front panel of your case. The good thing about getting an external one though is that you can take it with you anywhere you want.

I'm sorry, I hate to break it to you though, your overpaying like crazy on that Dynex from Bestbuy. You can get a Kingston reader from Newegg.com for like $14 and it accepts a bunch of different cards:

Um, apparently, its a little thicker than CF I and its used in microdrives. That's what I got from reading about it on wikipedia. I also read that its used in one of these:

Ok, so I researched what you were asking me about and here are the ways you can pay:

-Credit Card (Discover, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Visa)
-Preferred Account (That's like a Newegg Credit Card)
-BillMeLater (http://promotions.newegg.com/Newegg/BML110708/index.html)
-Paypal
-Mail Payment (Such as a check)
