Memory Compatibility

I have two 512mb memory sticks and don't know what machine they came from. Would they fit into my HP pavilian a206a? I only want to use one because of the limit of my desktop.

Hynix 512MB 2Rx16 PC-2-5300S-555-12

Would need the full model number of the pc you have as the number you gave doesn't come up in any searches.
