Memory compatible with mobo?

No it will not work...you could not pound it in with a hammer(well maybe). That motherboard supports DDR2 ram only.

ide think theres a big price difference too ive herd some one putting ddr into a ddr2 mobo not sure if it was tru but never ddr3 into ddr2 mobo.

The Memory Standard is DDR2 1333 OC. This is the minimum right? You can always put in more with increased performance correct? Sorry, this is my first build and I wanna make sure its all gonna work.

Nope, if you want to use DDR3 this is the same board but DDR3

You do know that only AM3 processors will work on DDR3 boards.
