Memory Crash Dump

It usually happens once a day where my computer will all of sudden get really choppy and I just know its going to blue screen in a matter of a minute or so.

But before I get into all the messy details, here is a run down of my system:
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit
RAM: 12GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz (3 x 4GB)
MOBO: Asus Rampage III Formula
HD: WD 1TB SATAIII, WD 1.5TB SATA II, Corsair Force 3 120GB
Graphics: Radeon HD6950 2GB GDDR5
CPU: Intel i7 950
PSU: 1000W Strider Gold

Symptoms:
-chopping and extreme slow down of computing power, followed by the infamous blue screen of death.
-Upon boot up 120GB SSD that hold the OS goes missing, even in BIOS.
-After turning off the computer and disconnecting and reconnecting that SATA the SSD is now discoverable in BIOS.
-Still will not boot correctly because now the boot priority is not set to the correct hard drive.
-After changing boot priority to SSD, I can enjoy my computer untill tomorrow when the same thing will happen again.

*Interesting note: if I disconnect and reconnect the SSD directly after the crash. The boot priority doesn't get messed up.

What I have tried:
replacing the SSD ( 3 times!)
... thats about it
 
I've updated my BIOS and hasn't crashed for more than 24 hours. It may have fixed it...

I also changed the hard drives to AHCI mode.
