hello, i m buying a crosshair iv extreme mobo and 1090t phenom x6,my question is ,can i use 4x2 dual channel memory or i need 2x4.And which ram do you suggest

I would recommend 2x4GB if you're going for 8GB as the less sticks you have, the better for the CPU/Memory controller as it uses less power and doesn't stress it as much.

What speed where you thinking of? I'd go for 1600MHz CAS7 for best performance.
