Not having specific knowledge of memory latency, is one of these any better than the other?

These would be for a new system using ASUS P5B Deluxe, Intel E6700, 7950GT, 2 MB or more of memory.

the first set has better timings. you want the lowest numbers possible. my ddr memory, for example, runs at 2.2.2.5. ddr2 will be higher than that though.
