How many sticks do you have? If it's just two, then put them both in either the two blue slots or two black slots. It doesn't matter.
 
The above is correct, here's some supplemental information from the manual for reference.
Balanced capacities in each channel will give you consistent performance, in this case one stick in channel A and one stick in channel B:
