Memory Issue (please help)

I am trying to buy memory for my motherboard TH55 HD Ver. 5.x biostar, anyways the want you to buy high end expensive memory for the board, So would I be able to use ddr3-1333 or ddr3-1600 of any kind of memory or do I have to go with what the board recommends? Let me know thanks, Jeremy

I would recommend just using DDR3 1333 as anything higher is only compatible if you overclock.

Thanks I didn't want to take a chance with such a high frequency of memory cause it might give me issues as far as compatibility and voltage that the motherboard allows etc. cause I know some memory uses more voltage than others. Thanks though I just needed to confirm I could use other memory besides the gaming memory they want you to buy on their website.
