Hi all,
My friend bought some ram off ebay. he couldn't get it working on his vista machine.... now i said to him... give it to me and i will try it and it won't fit into my computer so i can try it....
I asked him did he try the memory test and he said yes... now windows vista 32bit won't read the ram... he has tried google and other places and can't get it working.
On the ram this is what the stick says - PC2 5300 DDR2 SDRAM 128Mx64 1GB
It says DDR2 yet it won't go into my DDR2 motherboard.... i had a look and the number of pins is different....
Maybe by what the sticker said someone can help me.... (my friend at least)
