Memory optimizer/booster for Vista?

Is there a good ram optimizer/booster out there for Vista, I tried looking on download.com but nothing really popular showed up. Does anyone even use this type of program anyways?

I have used a program before but I dont know if it works on vista. Here's a link. It basically just tries to free up your ram. Pcworld's download section has alot of nifty tools and apps and most all of them are freeware.

Since Windows 98, XP and Vista has far superior memory management. These programs aren't needed anymore.

^^ Very true but I was just supplying him with the links. I personally would rather manage my ram usage manually by canceling or stopping un-needed apps or services.
