memory overclock

you don't have to overclock the memory, it is just that some motherboards underclock the memory to 1333MHz from 1600MHz, so you shouldn't have to touch the FSB, just the memory clocks. Just go in the BIOS and set it to 1600MHz, everything else can be left at stock/auto.

Also I agree with meticapda, WEI is one of the most useless things Microsoft, or anyone for that matter, has ever put into a program
 
thanks for the responses guys..i know wei is junk but its more for peace of mind...i guess im doing something wrong but it wont let me change the memory speed from 1333 to 1600 without increasing the fsb frequency?

is there somehing saying FSB/memory or CPU/memory or something along those lines in the BIOS saying Linked? If so, set it to unlinked, that way changing memory clocks won't change FSB or vice-versa
