Memory Probs!

I mean as in is it faster then my cpu so there is no benefit but wasted money. I have a athlon 64 fx-53.

Cause i cant determine the speed of the Cas Latency on this memory module i only understand 2 digit numbers like 2.5...

If the memory module isnt much better then would this memory module be better?

Also What are they refering to when they say bandwidth?

First link is DDR2, only the new intel socket 775 boards use this memory..you have either an AMD socket 939 or socket 940...so yeah this would be a waste of money =)

Second link is better, great memory...can never go wrong with Corsair!
