Memory Question PC3??

Hey, just as i was buying my computer online they stopped selling my motherboard, now i cant find any AM3 socket MOBOs with PC3-12800

And now my question is, does the MOBO have to support PC3-12800??
It does support 1600MHz which my RAM sticks are running at.

The MOBO says it supports: PC3-10600, PC3-850.

But can i plug my PC3-12800 in there?
 
Well is doesn't say that it is supported but i'm thinking that you could just set the ram speeds manually in your bios and that should make them work. I don't see that causing any problems but I might wait for someone else to confirm that

I'm a little confused, PC3-12800 = DDR3-1600MHz.

From what I see, that board supports up to DDR3-1666MHz so yes you can put your PC3-12800 in.
