Hi everyone, was looking to add memory to my PC, but when I stared shopping got a bit confused. I'm looking to upgrade/increase on a Dell XPS 8900. it currently has 8GB of DDR4 in it. that's where I get confused. when looking at newegg, saw there is a ton of different DDR4 out there. Don't want to buy something my PC can't utilize to its fullest, but have no idea what the 4400, 4500, 4300 etc means. any help would be appreciated.

this is the technicals of it. and deleted the info for dimm2 as it's identical.

that's speed, correct? and any recommendations? newegg has almost 500 choices, lol. the only time I really every pay attention to whats out there with hardware is when I'm buying or upgrading so I have no idea what's what.
oh, adding more will have an effect, right? when I bought this computer seemed like most games and programs couldn't really utilize more than 8 gb so I went with that. I'm looking to add cause I figure that's changed now

8 gigs are ample for most PC usage. What did you on your PC? If you are hard core gaming or extensive photo/cad manipulating jobs then you may need more memory.
