Memory Ram question

hey i have a question today i was installin a PSU and i noticed that i have 3 blue memory slots and one black . does the blue one means DUAL CHANNEL?
 
3 and 1 is weird, if you had 2 and 2 I'd say yes, but dunno about that, I'd google your board and see what it says about it
 
Are you sure those aren't two blue and two black? Just checked, if you are talking about the computer in your signature; then there are indeed four slots supporting up to 2GB of RAM as shown below.
