Memory speed question???

So I am upgrading the RAM in my girlfriends pc, which is a HP Pavilion Media Center M7160n, and I had a question about the memory type. According to her manual, her computer takes ddr2 pc3200 but when I plug her computer info in to crucial.com it says that she should get ddr2 pc5300. Will I notice much of a difference between the faster 5300 than with the 3200 speed and will the computer support the 5300 speed? Im pretty sure that it is backward compatible but I want to be 100%

The motherboard in that system supports PC2 3200 (400 MHz), PC 4200 (533 MHz) and PC2 5300 (667 MHz) DDR2 DIMMs non-ECC memory only, unbuffered. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00864946&lc=en&cc=us

You probably wont notice a whole lot of difference though.
