memory sticks

found some 4gb sticks for sale.

i was wondering if pro duos are used with an adaptor will they run at the memory stick speed or pro duo?

so i've heard that some are faster than other so will using an adaptor in between slow things down if the pro duo is faster than the regulars ones orignally.

I don't know too much about memory sticks but I'd assume the adapter is basically a straight wire one(similar to smaller SD cards and what not. The only speed difference might be with computability issues, if the device isn't made to run at the faster speeds.

I don't know what you're planning to use this 4GB card in, but I know some older devices can't use newer Memory sticks. Best double check your compatibility...

it just a sandisk memory stick duo - memory stick adaptor

so that i can use it with my cybershot.

it isn't the ultra II's so i dont have to worry about it not working.
