Men of Valor Sound problem

Hi all,
I'm having a nightmare trying to get the sound to work properly on Men Of Valor. I have a Soundblaster Audigy, I've tried downloading patches for the game that supposedly fix the sound issue, I've tried the driver update from Creative. Still no joy. Can anyone help with this.

At least you got yours to work, my dad's version keeps crashing him back to desktop, and before inserting a new MB, it'd shut down his whole computer..
Seems there's quite a few problems with this game :confused:
