Mice pointer problem when running a game

I just upgraded to 7600GT card. Since I had a 300 watt psu that wasn't able to produce enough power when playing Guild Wars, I upgraded to a 450 watt. Then I replaced it. Now, when I play GW, the pointer is blinking every time I move it around and when it's in one spot w/o moving it, it disappears. Before upgrading the PSU, everything was working fine. Maybe I accidentally touched something while switching the PSU??

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
 
i have the same problem, but i started to notice it after i got a logitech mouse for this pc. i think it's a software issue.
