The Micro ATX motherboard will fit a ATX case right?

IE: This MOBO with this Case

Is there a better MOBO for an Intel Celeron for that price or less ?

Yeah, a MicroATX fits in any ATX case, but I'd go with a normal ATX. They noramlly have more slots, more features, have better airflow, and more room for things like CPU heatsinks/fans.
