micro sd card writer problems

I just got a new micro sd card and card reader/writer and im trying to sync my music to it. when i press sync it pops up a window that says windows media player can not find the file. I know it recognizes it because at the top right it shows the memory available. Im not sure what to do.

OK, what is happening is that the file you want to copy over to the Mirco SD can't be found.
