Micro SD issue?

I have a micro SD card that doesn't seem to show up on my computer.. I don't have a micro SD reader, just an SD so I use an adapter..I have many adapters and I've tried all of them and my computer won't notice the card. My card goes to my phone. My phone reads the card perfectly (I can add/erase data off of it). I've tried the card on another computer too, and nothing. I haven't tried using the card on an XP machine to see if that makes a difference.. Any thoughts?

I also reformatted the card from my phone to see if that worked, it didn't.
Any help is appreciated

Go into disk management to see if a driver letter just needs to be assigned to it. It won't show up in "my computer" unless it has a drive letter.
