I am not sure if anyone on this forum has the time to compare SLI and xFire over and over again. I would search youtube and google for articles written by people that make money to write articles about such things.

That is the other thing, no experts are claiming these to be true. It is mostly from the hard core gaming community that makes these claims with their benchmarks and charts, and they even made up the term "Micro Stuttering."

I think it is all pretty subjective.
 
I get micro stutter in a few games. In stalker if I run in a straight line for awhile it will stutter here and there, I also get it bad in the new battle field but there hasen't been drivers for the game yet, aside from 196.75 which I obviously uninstalled.
