micro usb cables - charge up phones

*sorry for the dumb question in advanced*

can any usb cable charge up my nokia lumia 925 or does it have to be a specific type of micro usb cable,

the reason why i ask is some usb cables the wire are thinner than others and i was just wondering would this affect the amps going through the cable

and im sorry for the dumb question, please dont hate me
 
Any one should work, some just have thicker/thinner insulation. I've charged my phone on several and never had any problems.
