Also something that is not mention too, is that most likely with a matx is that there aren't very many PCI slots or express slots, which in the future could be a hinderance! Cause as everyone know tech is growing fast, so hence comes the PCI slots and express, u can use cards in the future to make your computer more up to date. Also another thing is it makes you more versatile! If sometime in the future you may need to add things to ur computer that ur board may not have, such as a wireless network card, most popular graphics card, it just goes on and on, what you could add! So I agree with stranglehold alot here. The two boards are not the same at all, yes you can use the same ram, same processors, but you limit yourself when you need to expand! Cause typically those boards only come with one slot, either a PCIe (which is I think what they tpically come with) or a PCI slot. So this does limit you emmensly from future add ons.
