Microphone Extension?

Just wondering if anyone knows what this is called or knows where to get it: I'm looking for a headphone like piece to attach to my voice recorder as a small extension micrphone to attach to my shirt to record stuff when i talk?

Like what you'd use on a cell phone? Just go and pick one up at a local electronics store for about $15 or $20, shouldn't be too much. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're looking for... (If your voice recorder is even compatible with those things...)
