Microsoft Access databases on a Mac?

I've read quite a bit out there about solutions for Mac users wanting to use Access databases. I'm just wondering if anyone has any unique ideas as to how I could make an Access database or file? I'm also wondering if there's a website out there that allows you to create Access files.
 
Argh. It's only available for Intel Macs. Oh well. I s'pose the boss could let me use his Windows machine at work. Or I could use Filemaker. Thanks for the help anyways.
 
It's for an online bridging course which will get me into uni if I pass it. The course is written for Windows PCs and I don't want to use File Maker Pro cos I want to make life easier for myself and do what all the other people in my course are doing. Oh well, I'll just try doing it in Filemaker Pro and ask questions if I can't get my head around doing the equivalent of what I've been asked to do on Access. Thanks for the help.
