microsoft office 2003!

hiya,
bought office 2003 bout 3 months ago, been having some trouble with computer and had to reformat twice! now when i want to install it, it sais it cannot as i have exceeded the number of times installed!!!! what does that mean? can i take it back to the shop and get a new one? will they accept it? i got it from pc world!

You can't return it to the store, but you should be able to call up Microsoft and have them give you a new key.
