Microsoft Outlook 2010 error

Hello Folks,
I am looking for some assistance with Microsoft Outlook 2010. When I open the program or click send/receive I encounter the error message.

“Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Can’t read attachment for message 150”

This message will pop up numerous times with different numbers at the end, 150, 68, 252 etc.

The odd thing is my PC used to run Vista 32 bit with Office 2010, using the same email account I never had this issue. I have searched but I have not found a solution online to this error.

I downloaded Thunderbird and i recieve a similar message. Does anyone know how to determine the message number in a inbox?

For example: Say it says "blah blah blah can't open message number 86" I am assuming if i delete message "86" my problem is solved?

Is it as simple as goiing to the first message in the inbox and counting?

Contact Aol or see if you can access you email from a webmail application and find the email with a bad attachment.

I do not get customer service from AOL becuase i just use it for email which is free. I already tried that, what i did was I signed into my mail account via aol.com. Then i sorted all my mail by "attachment". Then i proceeded to go through each email till i exhausted the list. This did not solve my issue...

Thanks for the suggestion, any other ideas....im fresh out ha
