Microsoft Professional 2003- Different versions?

Ok I'm confused. I was looking on EBay to buy a slightly cheaper version of Microsoft Professional for my laptop coming in, but I'm seeing different versions. Some say that this is the: "Full OEM version that is the Full Version from Microsoft it is NOT a Trial, Academic, "NFR", or Upgrade" and they run between $150-$200. Then I see some that say: "This is the FULL RETAIL version of Office Professional 2003 and is not an upgrade, OEM, academic, trial, beta version or copy" and it runs between $250-$350. Of course the more expensive one must be better, but what's the difference? Could I still get the cheaper one and use that one if I'm just using Word, Excel and Access?

The full OEM version means that you can install it without needing a previous version, the upgrade is if you already have a version of MS Office and are upgrading to 2003 pro. Im not sure what nfr means though.

1. OEM version means its pretty much going to be CD only, no fancy box, no manual, nothing cept the CD.

2. Micosoft office is NOT an operating system, Micosoft office is Word, Excell ext.

Well that I knew from a previous post. I just didn't know the difference between the different Microsoft program CDs. I guess your No. 1 answered that.

So would the cheaper version be enough to run on my computer? I mean, I don't need all the other stuff that is included right? I know I need the key card to activate it, but is there anything else that is a big necessity?

I actually have Windows XP professional already (although now I kinda wish I bought it on that website and installed it myself). I was wondering more about Microsoft Office Professional. It's cool though, I see other stuff on the Tiger website.
