Microsoft Shield On My SHUTDOWN Bar/UPDATES

When I press my start button at the bottom of my task bar, the SHUTDOWN bar has the MICROSOFT SHIELD next to it wanting me to shut down my PC to install updates. BUT, this keeps happening over and over. When I do allow it to install the updates, it's only 1 of 1 updates. Why does my PC keep wanting to install an update over and over?

After it installs the update and my PC shuts down, I turn it back on and everything is fine. Then, after a few minutes of being on my PC, that MICROSOFT SHIELD appears again next to the SHUTDOWN bar.

What is going on with my PC? I sure hope y'all understand what I'm saying.

Screenshot? Are you checking updates to see if that update has been installed or has it been failing?

Sounds like you have an update that's just failing to install but I don't know what you mean by "shield". Screenshot would help.

I don't know how to do a screen shot so I took a pic. Maybe you can tell me how to do screen shots....????
When I open the ACTION CENTER and press WINDOWS UPDATES there are 2 updates available; 1 important, recommended, 1 optional. I then try to install them and get an error code of; 80070005. I don't know if that has anything to do with the shield by the SHUTDOWN bar. Every time I shut my PC off it does UPDATE 1 OF 1 then shuts down. I restart my PC and it installs the update, or says it does anyway. Then after being on my PC for a few minutes that DANG MICROSOFT SHIELD shows up again by the SHUTDOWN bar! It just keeps on doing it over and over, and over......When I go see what updates it wants to install, it reads; WINDOWS MODULES INSTALLER and CRITICAL UPDATE.........then when it ends I get that ERROR CODE 80070005.
Does any of this make sense?

I mean updating it. Go to Windows Update in Control Panel and tell it to update.

I'd also look under "Installed Updates" from within Windows Update and see how long it's been trying to install that patch. It usually will list failed install attempts.

Also, is your copy of Windows activated with a legit product key? Only reason I ask is the troubleshooter mentioning service registration.

Is this what you're talking about?
Can you PLEASE explain to me how to do a screen shot with my PC?

Or you can press ALT + PRTSCN buttons on your keyboard, then go into MSPAINT and press CTRL + V and it will paste it in, then save it. Then upload that file here. Pressing ALT button along with the prtscn button will only copy active window instead of whole screen.

That update is actually for windows defender which can be ignored if you are using an active virus program or at least Malwarebytes scanning a few times a week.

I don't have the money to take it to a shop. It's really not effecting how I use my PC, and I don't mind putting up with it wanting to update all the time when I shut down. So, until I can get online help to resolve it, I will just leave it like it is.
I really do appreciate everyone that has replied to help me. If you can think of anything else I might try, please post it.
BTW, I tried to do a RESTORE TO EARLIER TIME, but I didn't know how to put in a date manually to get past the first time it tried installing the updates and failed.
THANK YOU!
