It looks like the steps microsoft is taking to prevent software piracy is going to limit the computer enthusiasts ability to upgrade and rebuild computers.
From my understanding hardware will be liscensed and Vista will only allow so many pieces to be changed or altered. I guess they want people to buy a new copy of windows everytime they go out and upgrade there computer or build a new one minus a few parts.
I read through this quickly and just wanted to hear some thoughts and opinions. I don't understand how one of the most profitable software companies on the planet can be so thoughtless when it comes to there customers. Oh well I guess the computer enthusiast isn't the main consumer for mircosoft. The average everyday user is.
I really wish there were more choices for OS's. Well...you know what I mean.
