I was just on line to Microsoft to fix my Windows update problem, I gave them remote control of my PC, it surprised me that they would take time because the PC is 5 years old. They seemed to have downloaded some updates OK, it took over 30min of their time. I am worried now is this a genuine site. www.support.microsoft.com
I clicked on to it from a search, and everything seemed OK
I should have backed up and deleted by sensitive files first. I would appreciate if someone could give me peace of mind and let me know

Thank you. I was worried about that one. They run the Disk Cleanup several times which was using time
