Microsoft Word - Access Privileges

Hi,

Apologies if this has been posted before but I'm having trouble with Microsoft Word. I'm using Windows XP and dragged and dropped a Word file from 1 folder to another. Now when I try and open it I get a message saying:

Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges

If I copy and paste there isn't a problem.

Does anyone know a way to solve this so I can access the file and to prevent it happening in future?
