microsoft's virus or hacker?

when I install microsoft's soft my antivirus will say i have got a virus.

my antivirus is symantec company
have someone can tell me what it is?

so,... your installing sp4 onto a windows 2000 advanced server, and your AV program is preventing you from doing so. Unplug the network cable from the back of your computer, disable your antivirus program, install sp4, reboot and then enable your antivirus and plug the cable back in.
