Mid or Full Tower Case for my configuration?

I'm indecisive between Cooler Master Cosmos II (full tower) and Cooler Master Storm Scout 2 (mid tower). I would definitely go with a Cosmos II, if it wasn't so much more expensive, but anyway, here is the configuration, please tell me if I will need mid or full tower case:

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z87;
Processor: Intel Core i7 4770K;
Graphics Card: NVIDIA (EVGA) GeForce GTX 670 FTW (PCI Express 3.0);
RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast (T3) 16GB 1600 MHz CL9 DIMM (4x4GB Modules);
Sound Card: On-Board Sound;
Solid State Drive: Verbatim 240GB SATA III SSD (6Gb/s);
Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Black 2.0TB Sata III (6Gb/s);
Optical Drive: Asus Or LG DVD±RW LightScribe SATA (Black);
Additional Parts: All-In-One Card Reader (Internal);
Power Supply: Cooler Master Extreme 2 725W;
CPU Cooling: Cooler Master V6GT;
Case Fan (Additional Cooling): Cooler Master Turbine Master MACH1.2 (2x);
Case mods: None;

A mid tower will work fine. However, if you haven't bought the other components yet, the 670 is old and the 770 is the same price but a fair bit better. If just for gaming, the i7 is a bad purchase, and the sabertooth's price to performance ratio is tereible. Stick with the Gigabyte Z87X OC or MSI GD65 Z87.
 
As I currently have this configuration:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300;
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT;
Motherboard: ASUS P5K;
RAM: 3GB 400MHZ;
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB;

I don't think I'll notice any drops in speed if I buy GTX 670, because I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the price of GTX 770 will be like $650, compared to $450 of the GTX 670. As for the motherboard, I will maybe go with the MSI GD65 Z87.
 
Shall I buy Extreme II or GXII PSU?
Edit: Actually, can you recommend me the best PSU for my new config?

There is no actual place where I buy components, I buy them in a lot of different stores, but the problem in my country is the PDV and customs, which higher the price by the third, plus, the suppliers add like $20-50 to the price.
