Midtower or Full Tower?

I'm building a new setup at the moment, and I plan to upgrade it to watercooling sometime in the future. I don't want any problems with cooling anything. Should I avoid midtower cases, and simply go directly for fulltower cases instead? It would be better if the computer wasn't humongous, as I'm a bit pressed for space, but I'll make it work if I have to.

I'm getting either a GTX 670 or a GTX 680,
An i5-3570k,
An SSD and a traditional HDD,
and a normal ATX motherboard.

Of course I'm purchasing RAM and all of the other, smaller (in size) necessities, but I don't think they'll matter much in the scope of things when deciding what size case to get.

It depends on what water cooling system you are planning on, if it is a full custom built system cooling many components you would probably need a full tower, but if your planning on just a small cpu cooler like the corsair hydro series you can probably get away with a large mid tower case.

I'm currently only planning to cool my CPU, but I'd like an internal radiator. I just want the thing really cool in general. I'm wanting to know if that would require a bigger case. To fit the radiator in and keep everything cool, etc.

There are mid tower cases (such as mine - LanCool PC-K62) that are actually quite large. That should be decent for you.

Full towers are kind of a gimmick, unless you're looking to watercool, like a corsair 800D or something. My storm sniper is a monster and its a "midcase."

You know, I don't see why people say no to full towers. A nice mid tower and almost any full tower will have fine cooling. However, if a full cooling setup is watercooling, then pretty much no, and even the cases that can still are cramped.

Byte if you havent owned one, you wont understand, their a pain in the @$$. their just big for no other reason but being big. Id recommend a mid tower over a full because if the bugger is made out of steel like mine is...well the damn case for me weighs well over 50 pounds now full of electronics. Take material into account when purchasing too. Steel is nice sure but it makes things heavy. If you plan on moving the case around, stick with a mid tower made of aluminum, if you dont plan on moving it much, go ahead with steel in either mid or full, but id recommend sticking with a mid tower, such as the antec 1100.

This is the mid tower that I bought:
COOLER MASTER HAF XM RC-922XM-KKN1 Black Mesh, Plastic, Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119257
It supports 240/280 mm Radiator.
But be warned, this thing is considered a mid tower, I considered it a "baby" full tower.
Plenty of room inside it.
It is 2 inches longer, 2 inches wider, and 2 inches taller than my old tower.
Which was a "Atop Z-Alien". Decided to change after 8 yrs.
