MINI Barebones for only $99, is it worth it?

Surplus Computers is selling the Chenming Qware Mini Barebone Socket 478 System (Silver) for only $99 but i'd like to find out is it actually worth it. Im shooting for a system about $350 - $500 which will be used for basic internet surfing, a little gaming (counter strike, etc), and some word processing.

That won't do any gaming. It's a very outdated system with a tiny power supply, you won't be able to put any graphics card in there that's any good.

Well depends on your definition of decent.

However, with that socket 478 system, you'd get a pretty week processor, and that powersupply won't be able to handle many graphics cards.

that computer will barely run cs if at all, spend your money somewhere else...
