Mini computer: freeze, restarts frequently

Hi All,

I have a mini computer (Acer AspireAX1800) and Win 7 (64 bit).
I recently upgraded from HDD to SDD.
My previous HDD apparently got some bad sectors and the computer was freezing and restarting very frequently. Sometimes, it was freezing while windows was running, sometimes during the booting.
I thought it is due to the HDD. I upgraded to SDD, however, still sometimes it restarts while working in Windows.
I am wondering what could be reason? Could it be because of the power supply?
The power supply I have is PS-5221-06.

Best starting point is to post your full system specs, it could be power supply by your description but it could also be a few other things like memory etc.
