I want to add a mini forum to my site.
So it will be easier for people to pick the next LAN and the games and stuff.

Whats the best way of doing this?

Get a PHPbb...

I think you'll need to do it manually so you can edit the target and set it into your website...

Might be easier to have like a forum on www.your-website.com/forum and give the link to the players ....
 
Either PHPbb or SMF would be good places to start, since their free. It's not too hard to get a forum going, but you need a website to host it.

And would you mind just answering me a simple question?

Are these "LAN Parties" that you're having, only for a few friends every now and then, or are you running a business and have parties going on pretty much every day with 15+ people?
