Mini ITX build

So, I am on a $700 budget, and want a console like system. I need it small, so mini ITX is good. Used is fine.

Coole. Master Elite 120
Asus M4A88T-Deluxe (PLEASE find a gigabyte)
Phenom X4
HD 7870
Samsung F3 1 TB 7200 RPM
OCZ Solid 3 60 GB
Not sure on PSU, trying to find used modulaur
Acer G245HQLbd

Xbox 360 controller

Why not go i3 and then get this? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128568&name=Intel-Motherboards or maybe this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157312&name=Intel-Motherboards probably best to get an i3 32xx chip as these are both Z77 boards. Are those boards too expensive for you or about the right price?

To expensive. I am spending around 60 on a phenom X4 and 100 on the board, so that's my max, 160. Also, I am getting RAM used, probobly Corsair or GSkill.
