minimized screen

Using IE9 for my browser, if I type whatever I'm looking for in the Bing search window, it will always open up in a minimized window. This is not a big problem, just a little annoying. If I would use FireFox, I don't have this issue. any suggestions on how to make my window open to the full screen/

Do your search and then drag the minimized window to the size you want and then exit out of the screen, then do it again and it should remember the size.
 
Unless i missed it. Hold the CTL key and rotate the wheel to size. that always worked for that website.

AFter I open your link for the DSL Report, I decided to give the first option a try. When I did my search to open another window, it opened as full screen. Repeated the process a few more times including a Restart. It seems to be working now. Go figure.
If or when I might encounter this problem again, I have your suggestions close by.
