Mirar Virus Help

Last night, i was on my space, and i received a rather odd pop up which i don't normally get, but i just deleted mcafee because it expired so i went with avg, well anyways the pop up was mirar, and ever since then i haven't been able to go to many sites pertaining on how to remove it, and the ones i can get to don't give me enough info on how to get rid of it, i was able to try a couple of anti spy ware/virus programs, but none seem to help. I can't do a system restore, nor boot into safe mode. i managed to get rid of some mirar registry files some sites had showed me, but nothing has stopped the never ending pop ups, and the whole sites not working.
