Missing Folders Due To Virus Scanning

Good Day! :)
I need help. :confused: My folders became hidden after I ran a virus scan to my thumb drive. But first the folders turned out to be .exe anad .scr and my virus scan detected a threat so I did the scanning. But after the scanning I can't find my the folders anymore. But when I checked the thumb drive properties and looked at the free space there's not change at all... the files are still there yet remained hidden.
I appreciate all your help. Thank you so much :)
 
If its just a simple matter of them being hidden then open up ur flashdrive and go to the tools tab>folder options> view> scroll down to hidden files and folders then tick the show hidden files and folders box :)
 
i tried that candy but its no use. folders are still hidden. thanks anyway. and oh by the way i also tried to search for i specific file which i know that is in there but there's no result.

Did you tell your antivirus program to remove the file?
