Missing NTDLL.DLL:NtShutdownSystem???

I have Windows ME. WHen i try to load this update from Windows I get an error message saying "The WINDOWSNT4TERMINALSERVER-KB891711-X86-ENU.EXU file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtShutdownSystem.

Does anyone know what is wrong and what I have to do to fix this problem?

is that the blaster patch?

Im pretty sure its not the blaster worm. I went to windows and did a scan to find any malicious viruses and there were none found.

yes I know its not the worm but is the patch you were trying to install the blaster patch?

do you know the website where i could dl the patch? I have windows XP and Service pack 2

that windows patch you had originally is for WINNT based OSes only, WINME isn't WINNT based, I was just wondering if it was the blaster patch because that's the only time I've seen an error resembling it. Looking at the message a little closer I see that it is a WINNT4.0 terminal services patch which you don't need for WINME.
