Missing Ntoskrnl.exe

Got error msg: System32/ntoskrnl.exe missing; what would be the best way to fix it. Pretty sure system console but what command would I use, thanks.Put in disk and got; line 21511 of the Inf file\64\txtsetup.sif is invalid, any ideas, thanks

Tried to boot into cd and disk will not boot up, only says checking hardware configuration and then reboots. If I could get the cd to load on d drive could I then copy the ntoskrl.exe to the os on c drive so it will boot up?
 
Seems my problem is re-accurring. After running for a while it shuts down and then won't reboot or even run the disk until it cools off for 15/20 mins. When checking the temps all are ok except the auxcillury/temp3 is stuck at 80c and I have no idea what the temperature 3 is on the board. Any idea what that temp might be.
 
Can anyone determine what the temp reading of 80c by speedfan for temp3 is referring to. I can't determine what it comes from or what its referencing and it's instantly there after starting.
