missing windows file. Wont boot

Upon startup, im met with the usual AwardBios screen. then it goes into a 10-15 second period of black screen, then im met with the warm message of a windows file being missing or corrupt. Virus? Personal error? help please

Sounds like windows got corrupted (duh) Easiest and fastest way to fix would be to backup your data (slave the drive) and re-format and re-install windows.
 
Name the file,then we'll try to figure out how to copy it to Windows.
Oh my Lord,Why not do an over install and have the same results ?
How do you do a backup if Windows doesn't boot ?

1. It's called formatting and PUTTING ALL the files back on with a new install
2. If you try to copy the file over again it won't always integrate back into the system correctly
3. You backup by reading my post and slaving the drive in another machine.
