mixing cisco switches help

college project and im struggling

here is a diagram of what im looking to achieve




this is 1 floor i have connected by fibre the routers to backbone switches thhese being cisco 4948

connected to a four stack of cisco sge2010p



will this be ok mixing as the stacks are small business & and also does cisco small business support port security?



any help would be massvely appreciated.
